Funerals
These fees have been revised for 2022 and the new schedule published. Please contact the Church for any further information. The payments are arranged usually by the Funeral Director and included in their fees.

Service in church -£228,
In cemetery or crematorium, or funeral directors chapel -£227
Burial in cemetery or cremation immediately preceding or following on from service in church -£33
Burial certificate, if required -£16
Cheques for National Fees should be made payable to ¨PCC Christ Church & St Andrew Hastings¨
Local Fees should be paid directly to the individual

£100 Organist (covers consultation with family and playing for the service, if new music needs to be purchased or rehearsed, or if a singer needs to be accompanied there may be a further charge, by negotiation with the family. If a service is videoed then the organist has the performing rights to a double fee. If the family wish to use a musician instead of the churchs organist then the organists fee will still need to be paid)

£25 Sound System Cost of someone operating if this is required
£50 Heating the Church for a service during cold weather (Cheque for £50 to PCC)
